  Today 12/05/2023 I returned to get a filling, Eugene the dentist was amazing no pain involved and gave me excellent care. Sandy his assistant was friendly and very helpful. I rang at 8:15am as instructed for an emegency filling. Had my appointment at 12:45pm, Andrej the dentist was friendly and helpful! Andrej filed the tooth down a bit as no filling required. Andrej did an excellent job, all the staff at reception are exceptional and give wonderful customer service.I can highly recommend this business.

  Excellent service by an excellent Doctor, explained every step of the way and my wisdom tooth was out in no time, pain free

  I would like to start by saying the receptions are very kind and empathetic, I went in with ungodly pain on Monday and was first seen by the most rude & condescending dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. I was clearly in a lot of pain and the dentist was extremely patronising about the pain meds I had taken so started having a panic attack (I’m scared of the dentist as is) and was crying. The dentist followed that by saying “you need to go to the doctor and sort out your serious emotional issues before you see a dentist. How do you expect drills to be around your face if you can’t even handle your emotions”. I immediately told him he was making me uncomfortable and requested another dentist. The lovely older English man was my next dentist and was so kind, caring and detailed about what he was doing. He made me feel comfortable by explaining what he was doing and let me know that if I was uncomfortable we could stop ect. The first dentist should have his license revoked. I commend the second dentist, it’s not easy for some people but he made me comfortable.

  Had a really disappointing experience this morning. Rang up in regards to a wisdom tooth that was growing and causing pain and was offered an emergency appointment. When I finally got seen, the student who was assessing me seemed like he really had no idea what to do…I really wish he’d just called someone else in to guide him rather than standing there. Finally overheard that they don’t have an X-ray machine here and they’d write up a referral for me to get one elsewhere. I’m really confused as to why they booked me an appointment for something I’d need an X-ray for without telling me they don’t have an X-ray machine…

  I rang up first thing this morning,
  Monday, 25/ 07/2022 for an
  emergency extraction on a molar that
  had broken in two. Not expecting
  anything that day I was offered
  10.30am. Brilliant! The receptionists are both pleasant and helpful. As my extraction
  wasn't straight forward because I'm
  immunocompromised from my MS
  medication, the dentist phoned to
  speak to my GP. 1 1/2 hours later.
  finally we got an answer. I would like
  to thank, I'm sorry I don't know their
  names, the fantastic dentist who I
  think was an Indian lady and the lady
  dental nurse who loves Rock 'n' Roll.
  for their patience and entertainment
  with the long unavoidable wait. Both
  were lovely ladies. It was quick and
  painless and, I for one, am a very satisfied patient. Thank you.
